About this Chapter

The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) is an association of real estate professionals who know first-hand the unique problems and challenges of managing single-family and small residential properties. We are dedicated professionals promoting our industry by taking action in our communities and in our industries; we are here to represent the interest of property managers. The Marin-Sonoma Chapter of NARPM strongly believes in serving our members through a high standard of business ethics, professionalism, education, networking and Fair Housing practices. NARPM® members know that education and communication raise the level of our profession, so that we may better represent our clients.

• Professional Members of NARPM® are individuals who must be engaged in the management of residential properties as agents for others, licensed in those states that require licensing.
• Support Specialist Members are individuals who act in the role of support in the office of a Professional Member, not acting in a capacity requiring licensure in that state. 
• Affiliate Members are companies who serve or supply the residential property management profession.

  Our Mission is to educate and grow the businesses of our members and our affiliates. The Mission of NARPM® is to support professional and ethical practices of rental home management through networking, education and certification. We will continue to maintain a permanent professional association in the residential property management industry in the Marin and Sonoma Counties by promoting a standard of business ethics, professionalism and fair practice among our members.
